About me

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in journalism, I began my career as a staff photojournalist for a small daily outside of Madison, Wis. I went on to work as a staff photojournalist for mid-size newspapers in both Florida and Wisconsin.

From small towns to large cities, from little league games to professional sports, from the Sunshine State to my home state of Wisconsin, I know this much to be true: Capturing moments is my passion.

In 2009, I began my wedding and portrait business. I continue to actively freelance for various newspapers and publications across the state, including the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and the Waukesha Freeman.

My husband, Tommy, and I live in Brookfield, Wis., with our puppy, Mya, and a little girl on the way!
